My Return

In the last 2 months or so I have been personally disinterested in working out (I have worked out but nowhere near the level I used to) and I am not entirely sure what brought this on.  I also have been not interested in posting any new topics about fitness for almost a month. I did take on a day job that is pretty physical most days and I have returned to old interests and passions of mine (Chess) but I still had plenty of time to get in a good workout at least 4 days a week.  When I was in college, I was able to workout 10-hours a week because that is all I cared about but now since I have 4 or 5 concurrent goals as opposed to just 1, life has become a constant balancing act that I am trying to win each and everyday.  I got some simple advice on Wednesday about what I am discussing right now and my actions from here on out will support me re-igniting my passion for what I know is one of my callings.

Without knowing how this is going to turn out my advice is to you to continue to follow something all the way through until you have reached your goal because taking breaks or “vacations” from where you need to be ultimately distracts you from where you need to be.  Simple.
